Tuckahoe Clubhouse

The clubhouse can be rented by Wintergreen homeowners. The charge is $75 per event. We now have a fully stocked kitchen (120 plates, 120 bowls/salad plates, 150 small wine glasses, silverware for >140, serving bowls/utensils, cookware/cooking utensils). For an additional $25 the kitchen dishes, etc. can also be utilized. To check availability go to wtgpoa.org and select 'WPOA Calendar for Pools and Tuckahoe. Once you have selected a date when the facility is available, call Theresa Harris 325-8530 and book your event, then mail Theresa a check for either $75 or $100 (if you are also using the dishes, etc) made out to Tuckahoe Clubhouse Fund. If you are paying to use the kitchen dishes, etc, contact Odette Henderson (361-1887) after paying Theresa. Odette will meet you and give you a key, as well as any necessary instructions.
