Reservations required for pool usage

Pool Rules for Phase 3

A Property Owner Pool Pass is required upon entry. Please contact Lelia Stevens at 434-325-8533 if you need a replacement property owner pool pass or if you did not receive one when purchasing property. Replacement fee is $5.00.

Chestnut Springs Pool & Pavilion

The Chestnut Springs Pool & Pavilion is located on the mountain on Timber Camp Drive and is open to all property owners and their guests. Please show your property owner Pool Pass at the pools when checking in. Guests of property owners must show their Guest Pool Pass when checking in. Please note that a maximum of 6 guests are allowed per guest pass.

10:00am to 6:00pm daily.
Closed for maintenance Thursday from 6:00pm to Friday 10:00am
Rodes Farm Pool, Pavilion, & Tennis Court

The Rodes Farm pool, pavilion, tennis courts and lake with picnic area and dock are available to each property owner and their guests. Please show your property owner Pool Pass at the pools when checking in. Guests of property owners must show their Guest Pool Pass when checking in. Please note that a maximum of 6 guests are allowed per guest pass.

CHECK AVAILABLE DATES FOR POOL PAVILION RESERVATIONS

Note: Pavilion Bookings Do Not include Pool Reservation slots. If you wish to use either pools during one of the pool sessions, you will have to make a reservation using the guidelines set forth for owners.

Tuckahoe Clubhouse

The clubhouse can be rented by Wintergreen homeowners. The charge is $125 per event. We now have a fully stocked kitchen (120 plates, 120 bowls/salad plates, 150 small wine glasses, silverware for >140, serving bowls/utensils, cookware/cooking utensils). For an additional $25 the kitchen dishes, etc. can also be utilized. To check availability, view our calendar. Once you have selected a date when the facility is available, call Theresa Harris 325-8530 and book your event. A check for either $125 or $150 (if you are also using the dishes, etc) can be made out to WPOA. 

STONEY CREEK FISHING PONDS

All property owners are welcome to fish the various lakes in Stoney Creek and Rodes Farm.

Guests are also permitted when accompanied by the property owner. As in other waters of the Commonwealth, a fishing license is required. To learn more, visit the tab below
