WPOA Operational Update- October 23, 2020

Wintergreen Owners,

Assuming most of the news we receive is accurate, it appears we are headed in the wrong direction with COVID 19.  When the pandemic started, we made operational adjustments to try and minimize the risk to our employees and limit the spread in our community.  While we remained focused on keeping everyone safe, we relaxed some of our stricter controls as cases declined.  With cases slowly going up around us, we are revisiting how we approach our work and looking for ways we can try a little harder to stay safe.  Many of the processes we put in place in March are likely to begin again.

Limiting traffic in and out of the admin building is one way we can reduce the risk.  Please contact us for assistance and we will be glad to help.  If we are unable to help via email or over the phone, we will identify a time to meet with you in person.  Thanks for your understanding.

The documents outlining the upcoming annual meeting should have arrived by now.  Please contact WPOA if you have not received these documents and we will be happy to help.

With leaf season upon us, please be on the lookout for slow moving vehicles and crews working along the roadsides.
