Dear Property Owner,
Your 2014 Annual Assessment was mailed on December 2, 2013. This is a mandatory assessment on each and every property owned as specified in your Deed Covenants and Restrictions. Article IV - Functions of the Association describe some of items that may be covered in your assessment.
If you have not received your assessment by December 10, 2013, please contact Ceason Morris in Accounts Receivable at 434-325-8524.
Payments not postmarked on or before February 1, 2014 will be assessed a 15% Late Payment Penalty (LPP) as specified in the Deed Covenants, Article V-Covenants for Assessments. (Note: This amount for an improved property LPP in 2014 is $230.70) Please make your payment on time!

The 2014 WPOA Annual Meeting will be held in the Skyline Pavilion on Saturday, November 8, 2014.
The Wintergreen Property Owners Association, Inc. is a non-profit membership corporation which is composed of the owners of all properties at Wintergreen. The WPOA is managed by Executive Director Russell Otis and his staff.
The purpose of the WPOA is to maintain and manage the common areas which include the roads, parks and open spaces. The WPOA operates the Wintergreen Police Department and also supports, through financial contributions, the Wintergreen Volunteer Fire Department and Rescue Squad. The WPOA operates a landscaping department which is used for the common areas.
WPOA Assessments are billed annually subject to Article V of the Property Owner Association Covenants, these assessments are due February 1st each year. The 2014 Annual Meeting is tentatively set for November 8, 2014 at 10:00 am in the Skyline Pavilion. For more information, call (434) 325-8526.
