2025 Board of Directors Candidates
Wintergreen property owners are asked to vote to fill two open slots on the Wintergreen Property Owners Association board of directors.
Ballots are being mailed to Wintergreen property owners on October 1. Voting ends on Saturday, November 8, at the WPOA annual meeting. Both elected candidates will serve four-year terms.
WPOA must receive your completed mailed ballot by Friday, November 7, 2025, at 5 p.m. As in previous years, WPOA will accept and record ballots collected during the annual meeting on November 8.
In addition to returning the ballots by US mail, ballot drop boxes are available in the foyer of the Community Offices Building and the kitchen space within the Tuckahoe Clubhouse. Completed ballots for the board of directors can also be given to police department staff working at the Mountain Gatehouse. Ballots can also be emailed to admin@wtgpoa.org or faxed to 434-325-1464.
