How property owners provide their unaccompanied guests with access to WPOA Swimming Pools

Property owners or managers use the forms below to register unaccompanied guests who want access to WPOA’s valley or mountain pools.

No more pesky plastic pool passes.
Starting in 2024 each property owner and their REGISTERED unaccompanied guests only need a photo ID for verification upon entry to the Chestnut Springs and Rodes Farm Pools.

Six people per property may access the WPOA pool. Example: one owner and five guests can use the pool; two owners and four guests, or six guests. The limit on persons using WPOA pools per property is six, regardless of whether an owner or guest.

Unaccompanied guests (up to 6) registered below may use the pool from 2 p.m. until 6 p.m. daily

OWNERS OR PROPERTY MANAGERS MUST COMPLETE THE GUEST REGISTRATION FORM BELOW

Staff can correct, update, and confirm guest information onsite at each pool. WPOA recognizes owners renting their property might not have all guest names. The name of the primary guest can used to register the entire party.

Summer pool hours are typically staffed from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Memorial Day through Labor Day. Pools are closed daily between 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. for maintenance. On Thursday evenings the pools close at 6 p.m. for intensive chemical treatments, re-opening Fridays at 10 a.m.

Property owners can discard all the old passes that they may have collected. Beginning in 2024 “Owner Passes” and “Guest Passes” (Plastic) will no longer be the source of entry for the Chestnut Springs and Rodes Farm pool. WPOA is transitioning to an online process that allows staff to check owner & guest status upon entry using any photo ID.
