2026 Board of Directors Candidates
Wintergreen property owners are asked to vote to fill three open slots on the Wintergreen Property Owners Association board of directors.
Ballots are being mailed to Wintergreen property owners on October 1. Voting ends on Saturday, November 7, at the WPOA annual meeting. Elected candidates will serve four-year terms.
WPOA must receive your completed mailed ballot by Friday, November 6, 2026, at 5 p.m. As in previous years, WPOA will accept and record ballots collected during the annual meeting on November 7.
In addition to returning the ballots by US mail, ballot drop boxes are available in the foyer of the Community Offices Building and the kitchen space within the Tuckahoe Clubhouse. Completed ballots for the board of directors can also be given to police department staff working at the Mountain Gatehouse. Ballots can also be emailed to admin@wtgpoa.org or faxed to 434-325-1464.

Note: WPOA is required to mail all owners the 2026 WPOA Annual Meeting Announcement, including reports from the WPOA Board President and details on the budget. The final 2026 meeting announcement is scheduled to be complete and in the mail by the end of September. A copy of the mailing will be available online around the same time.
