The founding members of the Here to Stay Wintergreen group held their first community meeting on November 1 at Tuckahoe Clubhouse to a standing-room-only crowd.

The HOA fees are set by the WPOA board of directors.

A potential “end run” coming from the those wanting to build the Atlantic Coast Pipeline at the mountain entrance of Wintergreen would “circumvent legislative due process regarding private companies using our national forests for their gain,” according to a July 23rd letter to property owners in the resort community from the board of directors of the Wintergreen Property Owners Association.

Virginia will be the 15th state in the nation to establish an office or task force dedicated to strengthening the outdoor industry, and the third on the East Coast.

The 2019 summer music festival’s primary performance space is still on the mountain, but it has moved to a more convenient location.
