At the upcoming annual meeting, Wintergreen Property Owners will be electing three candidates to fill four year terms. Details and candidate biographies are available HERE.
Ballots are included in the WPOA Annual Meeting Packet that are mailed to each property owner approximatley five to six weeks before the formal election held in the fall at the annual meeting. This year’s annual meeting is set for November 7th. (Proxy ballots are provided in each packet to allow votes to be cast by mail.)
Terms are staggered where there are typically two to three seats open for election on the board each year. Those elected serve a four-year term beginning after the fall election.
