Allen Creek Preserve has maintained an uninterrupted community of diverse plants, making it a nature enthusiast’s paradise. Many unique bird populations call this preserve home, along with plant and amphibian species found nowhere else in Wintergreen. While this trail features long wooden walkways and short bridges, some of the trail is laced with large roots making for uneven footing. During wet spells the path may be very wet in places.
